I'm looking for any sort of help with removing a meta account from my instagram. Someone gained access to all my accounts. I've changed passwords but cannot remove a linked meta account that I did not create. There is no way to contact IG that I've found and I am beyond frustrated. Every time I try remove it, it wants me to enter a password to an account I did not create. Plus they've set up two factor authentication so all the codes are sent to them. Help!
