My Instagram has been hacked multiple times since yesterday.
I managed to log back in, but I discovered that the hacker has made my Meta account their primary account and synchronized it with their email address, which is not mine at all.
I tried to get in touch with Instagram with no success, I also sent a DM to Meta and after transferring and getting some emails here's the reponse from the "accounts team":

I understand that your Instagram has been linked to a Meta account erroneously. Sorry to hear that . I will do my best to resolve this for you.
Just to set expectations here at Meta Store Support we are technical support for Portal and Meta Quest devices , we do not have the tools to work with Instagram accounts.
I really want to assist you with this. So, I'm going to share with you the best advice I can to help you resolve this issue, which is to head directly to the Instagram Help Center support team via the link below:
Instagram help center I would love to be able to help you more but this is the extent of help I can offer with respect to problems not related to Portal or Meta Quest. I sincerely hope that the information I have provided is helpful in resolving the issue.

So basically no help at all then. This has happened to me today too.
