My kid deleted his mail account to meta

I need help to restore is. I have to undelete before it pass 30 days.

Please contact me to get the email adresse.

So we can restore the account asap.

He wants to play, but it is not possible now.

So your kid deleted his email account.. as in the actual email account?

If so, Meta isn’t going to help you to recover an email account. You need to contact the company that hosts the email and ask them for help.

If you are saying he deleted the actual meta account, you need to create another account and connect to meta support and explain the situation.

I see i said this the wrong way. The email account is still  active, but he made a meta account with this email account. And that is the one i need to restore. I`ve tried several restore links to retrive the account but with no luck,.

I`ve tried the support page, but you cant get in touch with anyone there. That is just and endless carousel.

@UUnreal Try this… https://www.meta.com/help/ Then select WhatsApp as the connection method. Whenever I have had any issues, that is the way I contact support. Every time I go that route, it has gotten fixed in under an hour (that's the longest it has taken, usually it is a lot faster).
