I have a kids account that is shared by my three sons to use the occulus. I put in my youngest son's birthday when I set it up. It is too restrictive, so I tried to change it to my middle son's birthday, but now it wants me to verify the birthday I put in before they are able to use the account again. I have tried many times to do this, but it always tells me the birthday is wrong. I need help quickly because I am approaching the date when the account will be lost. I have no idea why you don't have phone support. It feels stupid for a company the size of Meta to not care about their customers and their needs.
I will not be buying additional products from Meta if my sons lose everything they have in that account.
