My left controller won't turn on

I haven't used the headset for a month and my left controller isn't responding, I try to pair it but it won't turn on in any way, I've changed the batteries and it still won't turn on. I've opened a replacement order and I would like to speak to someone from customer service please. This is very confusing and the fact that Meta doesn't have a live chat with technical and user support assistants seems like a big mistake to me.

The Meta Quest Support team aren't able to assist publicly with replacements so you'll need to reach out privately.

Head to their profile, and then click the 'Send a Message' button on the right hand side.
Or, you can go to the Help Center, open a ticket, or speak to the live chat team by clicking the button in the bottom right corner.

If you've already contacted support via email, just sit tight! They'll be investigating and will get back to you as soon as they can.

If I don't take my foot off the gas, I might miss it all.
