My left quest pro controller is not working

Its sits on a blue light not flashing i can charge it but every time i try turning it on it sits on blue or i factory reset the controller still blue even unpairing the controller i cant even re pair it because it just sits on blue no wonder why people say not to buy these controllers its a waste of 300 bucks i even had troubles with it before this happened like not tracking i would have to turn them off and on about 20 times before even one would work

Hey there @ZakeryBirkhead ! Thank you for reaching out about this. Having your controllers working and pairing properly is pretty important for any VR experience, and we would be happy to see what we can do to help you out.

We appreciate that you have tried restarting the headset, as this is a great step to take. The blue light can indicate that the controller is trying to update, so we have some steps we would like you to follow, as these have helped many others, and we hope they will help you too:

  1. Ensure that the controller is charged for 60+ minutes.
  2. After charging, use the mobile app to unpair the controller from the headset.
  3. Restart your Meta Quest headset by turning it off and leaving it off for 5+ minutes.
  4. Power the headset back on, and use the mobile app to pair the controllers to the headset once again
