I was asking about the process of my returning order of quest3
But my message keep showing red unread tag ,even if I have read it
and no matter what message I sent to metaquest support , there is no any response
please solve it I really need to get help!

I think the most important thing is solving the problem that the forum doesn’t works
it has been two weeks bo any reply
and the return order of my quest 3 has been nearly 1 month but still not getting any update about it sent to me or not
