Hi trying to contact someone at Meta. My sons Meta Quest 2 has melted at the charging point and is a fire hazard. Cost me a lot of money when purchased and now I am very concerned as this is a fire risk and I have small kids. Only had it for a while and purchased it new. Could you advise my next step as cannot afford to replace it, and my son is obviously very upset. I have heard this is a common issue, but a shock to see this happy. Luckily we were awake when we smelt burning and quickly averted a fire.
