My meta 2 keeps crashing on start up sometimes it reboots itself sometimes it freezes , I have tried to use meta help and I see they say some devices are experiencing this so I type in my serial number from my meta quest 2 and it says it doesn't recognise the device , so then I use the link they provide to find it https://auth.meta.com/settings/my/devices/, which comes up with the same serial number and my device is recognised by meta quest, so I even copy and pasted it in and still it doesn't recognise the number on meta help , can't find any contact email or number to ring for technical support , so I need of any help possible as I'm sure it's a software issue as I have tried a factory reset and it still happens , what can I do ?

Have you tried the serial number behind the left headset arm?
