So when I got on it it kept glitching and made me make a new circle middle of my game then it went black and said headset is not tracking so I looked it up on YouTube and all I found was make sure your area is cleared, which mine was and to make sure none of the cameras were covered, which mine aren’t and there’s no cracks in them and then they said try to update it and I tried, but it won’t let me because it won’t connect to the controllers and then they said just to reset it I can’t get it back on so I did that and now when I turned it on it just fully black I have a one year warranty on it but since I reset it, it’s not connected to my account no more so what can I do about it?
