My oculus keeps resetting + more

So basically whenever I try to start up my headset after like 15 seconds, it just restarts itself over and over again to the point where I don’t even Have time or To log into my account to try to see what’s wrong. Randomly two things would pop up for a few seconds before it starts. These two things are “Oculus System Utilities Keep stopping” and “com.facebook.wearable.system.location.service.vro… keeps stopping” I haven’t been able to play on my oculus for almost 2 months now because of it. I’ve tried turning it off and on, Just letting the battery die and charge it To turn it on, and doing the boot device thing, Which none of it worked. I really don’t want to do a factory reset at all on my oculus, what do i do?
