So I look through what yall said to other people but still can not get it to update it said (all updated) and I have not used it for a while and I signed me out of my account on the headset and won't let me back in untill I update it

Howdy there, @Marcus.l.turner.9! We completely understand that you're having issues updating to the most recent version, V.49. And we know how this affects your VR experience. For the time being, the newest version is being rolled out slowly, so we have noticed that by performing a factory reset this has forced the newest version to install on the headset, despite the fact that this does not guarantee updating your headset. If you want to give it a shot, we'll leave a link where you can perform a factory reset.
