The quest two is supposed to take an hour to an hour and 30 minutes to charge but my oculus is taking up to two hours to two hours and 30 minutes to charge
Hey there @imyourfav! We appreciate your reaching out about your headset charging much too slowly! We'd like to learn a few things:
What kind of charging cable/adapter are you using?
Does changing the outlet you use alter how quickly it charges?
Have you reboot or Factory Reset your headset?
In addition, we recommend removing your headset's facial interface, and seeing if that improves the charge rate. Please give these a try and let us know how it goes!
