I wanted to get onto my vr to play then noticed that it wouldn’t turn on so I tried to hard reset it and it showed no sign of life I tried getting help the the chats were getting disconnected. I’m wondering if i am able to fix it my self or i should look for someone else that can fix it

How long did you leave the headset charging?
One thing we can try is for you to leave the headset charging overnight to see if that helps it power on. Sometimes holding the power button for 30+ seconds can help a seemingly dead headset come back to life.
