My oculus rift restarts from nowhere

Hi Guys, please help me!

I bought my device more than 2 months ago. From several installations and tests, and through several of them, I arrived here.

First, my PC setup:
- Motherboard: rogstrix b350-f gaming
- CPU: ryzen 5 2600x + Water Cooler H45
- GPU: cerberus GTX 1070 TI
- Power Supply: Corsair 650W Plus 80 Bronze
- Hard Disk: 2x 1T barracuda 7200rpm 6GB/s
- SSD: 1x 128GB Kingston
Ps.: My pc is brand new.

Second, my Rift setup:

Finally, my problem and tests:
1. (+) When the rift is connected directly to the computer, or using only the HDMI extension, everything works normally.
2. (-) When the rift is connected by usb extension, without the USB Port Express Card, the rift will not turn on.
3. (-) When the rift is connected through USB extensions and the USB Port Express Card, it works for a while and then hangs up from nowhere. The rest of the computer stays on.
4. (-) I tried to change the slit and the sensors through all the available USB ports and nothing working, not even with only the oculus in the USB Port Express Card.

Notes:
1. I think if it was a power problem the whole computer would shut down.
2. I think if it was a problem with windows it would not work without usb cables.
3. I have already updated all the drivers and did several tests.
4. I tried modifying windows power settings, but it did not work.
5. Another fact is that only in the USB Port Express Card the sound is slightly burst.
6. I really think it's an energy problem. I just do not know if it's on the extender cable, the USB Port Express Card or the computer.
7. I'm using the beta version of Oculus Home.

Questions:
1. Could it be an inability of the USB Port Express Card in view of the size of the cables?
2. How can I check if windows is shutting down oculus?

I'm seriously considering reinstalling Windows. I'll do that on Friday to make sure. Any other ideas?

Maybe try downloading your oculus software and run repair first.  Also make sure your win10 is up to date beforehand.  Might also be a good idea to turn your virus checker off while you download/repair Oculus software.

My windows is up to date. I disable the antivirus and repaired the oculus through the software. Thanks for the log file's tip. I updated everything, but don't worked. I will reinstalling Windows. If you have some ideia, share with me!

I had similar issues with extension cables.
Do you still have sound but no video?

Thanks Morgrum, I'm already using this HDMI repeater. My sound gets really bad when using usb extender.

The audio issue could be a bad cable or oddly enough have you hit the outlet the usb extender is plugged into to make sure it is grounded.
I know its an out of the box but its worth looking at.

Make sure your Oculus and PC audio settings match each other too.

Off the top of my head those thhngs come to mind.
If your using a 3rd party audio mixer make sure your on cd audio qual.
3rd part mixers can cause issues I ran into that when setting up my Rift for a party.

I tested it with other similar USB cables, but there was no change. But the cable is not grounded.
