It wasn't turning on and when I plugged it in it would only show the boot screen then it would power off. I saw on a website that a blinking orange light mean that it's fully discharged. Can you help me?
Hey @Da_Gam3r! Thank you so much for reaching out about your issue. We understand that your headset wasn't turning on until you plugged it in but once the boot screen showed up it powered back off. We do have a suggestion that may fix the issue for you, as well as some questions to ensure we are on the same page.
How long has this been happening?
What Meta Quest headset do you have?
Do you have the latest software update on your device?
When this first occurred what was going on with the headset? Was it on the charger? off the charger? in the middle of an update? were you using it? etc.
We suggest you plug your headset into the charger for 2 hours and then try to power the device on.
If you are still unable to make sure to shoot us a message and we can proceed with some other troubleshooting steps.
