My pupilary distance is different in each eye. Can I still use the Quest 3?

It should be noted, I am new to VR and bought a Quest 3 from the metaofficial refurb store. The unit arrived today. Also, on the way are Rx lenses for it from Zenni.

I was looking at the getting started videos for the Quest 3, particularly for people like myself who wear glasses and see there is a dial on the unit to adjust the PD.

My PD is different in each eye, will I be able to use the Quest and see? (while wearing glasses or using the Rx lenses) or is it just not going to work out well?

@alienalpaca42  it really depends on the difference between the left and right PD to the bridge of the nose. You may have to adjust the facial interface to give you a bit more flexibility with the bridge of your nose, but the Quest 3 pancake lenses have a much bigger sweet spot so you should be okay.

thank you!

@alienalpaca42  one final thought, do you know anyone with a Quest 3 or could you ask in store if you could try one on.  A store located near where I live has Quest 3/3s on display and you can try them out.

I have the Quest 3 in hand, I was just unsure about it before unboxing.

My combined PD is 62.5 which is in range of the Quest 3 IPD slider, fortunately.

Can confirm, I can use it and see fine, but I am glad I bought Rx lenses as the unit does pull down on my face, even with a halo strap from a licensed accessories maker, which makes the glasses hurt after about 5-10 minutes of use.

The Rx lenses should be here in a few days to a week....

Thanks again for your help!
