My quest 2 has just got some small yellow dots appering on one of the lenses

I'm not sure what it could be as it has only spent at most 2 minutes with the sun on its lenses and when it's not used it is stored away completely out of direct sunlight. It was fine this morning when I last used it but now it has just randomly got these spots. There not appearing jn screenshots either.

To damage the lenses a few seconds are enough.
