My quest 2 is stuck in a boot loop.

I was downloading mods for beat saber, when I ran out of space, then, when switching accounts, it started to tell me that an app wasn't responding, system utilities. When I tried to do anything, it reset the glasses, starting a boot loop by which it resets without letting me do anything. When the quest 2 turns on, it allows me to select an account, no matter which one I select, it shows me the same app isn't working, if I try to close it, it resets before anything happens, same with the app info button. I have tried to turn it on and off again, yet it hasn't worked.

Hey there @Alosno_SBTW! We appreciate you contacting us! It seems like your Quest 2 is stuck in USB update mode. We acknowledge that you have already tried troubleshooting to fix the issue with your headset! Our recommendation is to do a factory reset. Below are the instructions on how to proceed!

 

  1. Turn off your headset.
  2. Hold the power and volume (-) button on your headset down simultaneously until the boot screen loads on your headset.
  3. Use the volume buttons on your headset to highlight Factory Reset and press the power button.
  4. Use the volume buttons on your headset to highlight Yes and press the power button.

The device should now begin the Factory Reset process.
