Hi there @Orny1, we see you are having difficulties with your Quest 2. We know the constant rebooting can be inconvenient, and we understand how this can affect you from accessing the amazing VR experience as intended. To assist you on figuring this out, would love to provide some troubleshooting for you on this matter all that we can!

For the factory reset, there are two ways that you can obtain this. Here are the steps for both, incase you were only attempting one of the methods:

To perform a factory reset using your phone:

  1. Open the Meta Quest app on your phone.
  2. Tap Menu then tap Devices.
  3. Tap the headset connected to your phone.
  4. Tap Headset Settings then tap Advanced Settings.
  5. Tap Factory Reset and then Reset.

To perform a factory reset using the headset:

  1. Turn off your headset.
  2. Hold the power and volume (-) button on your headset down simultaneously until the boot screen loads on your headset.
  3. Use the volume buttons on your headset to highlight Factory Reset and press the power button.
  4. Use the volume buttons on your headset to highlight Yes and press the power button.

In the mobile its german and when I go to "Geräte" it only has "Headset Einstellungen" and I cant press it because my headset keeps restarting and It wont connect to the phone. And as I said before When I tried to open the menu for factory it only says "No connection" with the Android robot.

Hey again @Orny1, just to be sure, did you power off the headset before trying to enter the boot menu?

To power off he headset, press and hold the power button on the right side of your headset until you see the Power off screen. Then choose the option to turn off the headset and continue to perform the factory reset.

The headset restarts very fast and when I opened the menu It already restarts.

If that's the case, please try letting the headset battery die out, and charging it after it's completely dead. This way the firmware can potentially be reset.

That’s what happens to me please help me also

Hi! We know how important it is for you to be able to use your headset without worrying about it restarting. We would love to assist you on this!

To address this issue, a factory reset will most likely be needed, but you could try the following before doing so:

  1. Press and hold the power button for 10+ seconds ignoring the headset restarting. This should manually turn off your headset.
  2. Wait 30 seconds.
  3. Press and hold the power button until your headset turns back on.

If the issue persists, we should move to a factory reset from here.

  1. First, turn on your Cloud Backup to save your app and game data.
  2. Then, open the Meta Quest app on your phone.
  3. Tap Menu then tap Devices.
  4. Tap the headset connected to your phone.
  5. Tap Headset Settings then tap Advanced Settings.
  6. Tap Factory Reset and then Reset.

We hope this helps! In case it doesn't, feel free to reach us on private message so we can look into this in detail.
