My quest 2 won't turn back on after using PCVR

I turned ON my Meta Quest 2 today, played 5 minutes of a game in Steam VR and suddenly turned OFF. I can't turned on again. If I use a cable to charge it the led doesn't turn ON.

Hi @MegaMonty! Thank you for sharing this experience! We know the feeling when things stop working suddenly, and we would be happy to look into this further with you. To confirm, have you charged the headset via the USB charger via a wall outlet for 2+ hours? 

If you're trying to charge from a computer, please take note of the following:

• Computers typically provide less power than outlets, and the device may require more time to charge.
• If you're using an adapter, the port type being used may provide even less power than the USB-C port that is typically used for charging and Link cables.
• Computers may also stop charging peripherals if the peripheral is completely powered off (causing the computer to not recognize the presence of the device) or if the computer itself goes into a sleep state. 
• While in use, the headset will typically consume more power than the computer port can provide, resulting in the battery charge decreasing over time. The headset must be off or in a low-power (sleep) state to charge.

Below, we've listed a few additional questions to narrow down our next troubleshooting steps:

• Are you using the provided USB cable? If not, are you able to identify the manufacturer of the cable you are using?
• Have you attempted charging without the facial interface?
• If you're using an elite strap with a battery, please disconnect and try charging without.
