My right controller does not turn on

I own my oculus about 5 months in the day that this happened, I stayed 3 4 days without using it,and,when I put the headset in my head, both controllers didn't work,the lights were working, but,the move sensor no,so, I tried reset my oculus,and,when i did it,the left controller work,and the right,no

To start, we have a few questions we'd like you to go through to help us get a better grasp of what might be causing this. When you get the chance, please answer the following:

 

  • What headset/controllers do you have? Is this a Quest 1, Quest 2, Quest 3, or a different headset? 
  • Has your play area changed at all? 
  • When you reset your headset, was that a factory reset or a regular reboot? 
  • After resetting your headset and the right controller still had issues, did the right controller not come on at all (no lights) or was it simply not moving in-VR? 
  • Are you using third-party accessories or covers with your device?

the battery? that what happened for me

A meta quest 2

No,it didn't change

It was a factory reset

Not come at all

No,only the controllers and the oculus

No, I tried change the batteries 2 or 3 times,with new ones,but, nothing changed
