My right controller won’t pair

My right controller would not pair so I googled and was told to leave the battery out for 30 minutes which I did. This did nothing. I then searched again and it said to do a factory reset. I am now stuck on the screen where it makes you pair your controllers and take the plastic tabs out the bottom when you first get the headset. but only my left controller will connect and my right controller won’t. I have tried holding down the Oculus and the B button. Again this did not do anything. What can I do. I have a meta quest 2 headset

Hello @lilmangeorge_! We would gladly provide troubleshooting for your right controller. We do understand that the controllers functioning properly are a critical piece to enjoying VR. Let's go ahead and try out the following troubleshooting steps:

  • Remove any unsupported third-party accessories that may affect power, battery fit, or controller detection (such as rechargeable grips, controller covers, etc.).
  • Switch the battery on the controller and check the LED status (blinking, solid, or no light at all).

If a blinking or solid light appears:

  1. Unpair and pair again the controller to the headset
  2. If pairing does not work, please reach out to us via PM

Feel free to let us know if this step worked!
