My right meta quest 2 controller disconnects when I move too fast

On my quest 2, my right controller keeps disconnecting when I move too fast. I've just replaced my right controller about 3 months ago because it was broken. Right after it just disconnects when i move too fast. By the way I've tried every single solution, not every one but a couple. Please tell me anything that might help.

Disconnection on rapid movements normally means the battery is able to move in its compartment, although it could mean an intermittent electronic connection elsewhere.

Hey @ben.sheppard.79. Thanks for letting us know. We understand you have tried some troubleshooting and would like to know what exactly you have tried, so we don't suggest the same steps to you again. Along with that, we would like to ask some more questions to give us a bit more insight into the issue you are having.

  • Has your play area changed recently?
  • Have you tried different play spaces?
  • Has the tracking worked properly before?
  • Are you using any third-party accessories or covers with your device?
  • Are you experiencing this issue with both controllers?
  • When does this issue occur? Does it happen only in certain games? Does it happen in the home environment or on menus?

If you could kindly let us know at your earliest convenience, we will definitely be here to proceed further towards a resolution. Thank you for your time.
