My son can not login ''User is not allowed to access this app''

He there,

My son i trying to login in the Meta Quest link on the computer but everytime he is getting the message ''Not Allowed To Access This App - User is not allowed to access this app'' 

On my computer he was able to use this app but now he is not anymore, same for his own computer. On his phone it does work as it should. 

I tried reinstalling the app, tried a different computer, checked the family center if i needed to give acces and i tried changing his password. 

Hope someone can help me.

do your son have a 10 -12 child acount?

If so, he can't use the pc link app.

If he is 13+ you have to give the permission to use it.

Yes indeed he has an 10-12 account, so that's make sense it does not work anymore.

I think its strange that he can not use the app on the computer, he has multiple games on steam that he not can use now anymore. 

So only solution is to create an alt account with a older date of birth?

Another option is to use steam link.

He will have access to his steam library without using the Meta pc link app. It's available for free in Quest store.
