My son tried to use his headset today & it's stuck on a loop saying oculus core mobile has stopped, now it's saying TV app has stopped, I tied to go into his account to check status of the cloud backup before I do a factory reset, but it's not recognising his email or nothing, so you can see why I am hesitant to do the reset incase he loses everything I've paid for since December.
