Hi, I've been trying to get help from Meta for two months now... but their email responses are only AI generated and they never answer my questions or care what I'm responding to.
My problem:
I am the one who takes care of all the accounts my son has. I had missed that Meta is strict on which date you are born. So I had filled in that my son is over 13 years old. But when my son got the control question about his birthday, he filled in his actual date. And then his account was blocked.
And now Meta refuses to help me get his account back.
My son does not have a photo ID. So I've ordered home an identity card from the Swedish government that takes care of such things, it's called 'Skatteverket'. His full name and social security number are there. But Meta still refuses to approve.
Soon his account will be permanently blocked and my son cries a lot because he is afraid that all his stuff that he has on his account will disappear.
Please help me! Because Meta refuses to answer my questions.
