So when I was getting on vr I notice the logo showed up and then went away and it kept doing that. I later on found out it was in a boot loop. first I went to the boot menu and botted the device that didn't work so I tried factory resetting it cause I'm not scared too and that still didn't work. So after that I sideloaded and that still wasn't working then I looked on the internet and found nothing so I made this post trying to get help.

@Mr.meow8675309 you don't specify what headset you have, but it might be one of these things.
This could be a flaky proximity sensor which can be disabled using the Meta Quest Developer Hub tool.

This is a long shot. If you remove the inner faceplate [ 6 screws] it allows you access to the screws that hold the front plate of the headset. Once the front plate screws are removed the front plate unclips allowing you to get to the battery connector for the PCB, sounds complicated, but really isn't. Disconnect the battery and press and hold all the headset buttons for a minute to discharge any capacitors. Reconnect the battery and try to fire up the headset. Instructions linked only do steps 1-7
