My headset with freeze up and lag, it’ll crash my games and won’t let me open my oculus menu, and it won’t let me turn it off unless I hold the button for much longer than I had to before.
I’m not sure if an update caused it or something else, but my headset is in good shape. (Oculus quest 2)
I’ve tried restarting it many, many times, but the issue seems to keep coming back.
@Catrinabrine have you tried factory resetting the headset to see if that cures the problem. Do you play lots of sporty or exercise games on your headset?

I’ll definitely try that, and I’m not sure if I count a lot of my games at exercise, but they do require a lot of movement.
