Myth: A Frozen Tale (Not Casting)

Title says it all. 


For some reason it's just a black screen when we try to cast Myth: A Frozen Tale. 


Everything else casts no problem.

Same here, and it's especially annoying because myth was designed with small children in mind who usually need help navigating menus etc or have a bunch of questions about what they are seeing. That's where casting is the most helpful.

Hey there! Casting issues aren't what any of us want to wrestle with! Let's take a look and see if we can get that sorted. Most of time, you can get past this spot of bother by doing the following.


  • Disconnect your headset and mobile device from your WiFi.
  • Refresh your wireless environment by unplugging your router for a minute or two.
  • Plug your router back in and let it fully start up.
  • Restart your headset and device.
  • Reconnect your headset and mobile device to the WiFi, making sure they are on the same network.
  • Try casting again by following the instructions listed here.
