Cutting a long story short. I have an old Quest 2 facebook account that i dont use but have purchased quite a few games for.
Recently bought a Quest 3. This says it Comes with BATMAN and 3 months Quest Trial. A friend sent me a link and said if i create a new account both he and I will get £23. Fine i thought.
I created a new account. Now when i logged in it did not have any money in the account for the referral. Nor did it have any of my old games. I connected my facebook page but the games did not come through. It says i need to purchase them.
NOW i could see BATMAN and it says "redeem". I DID NOT REDEEM IT.
I then RESET the QUEST and then rebooted and linked to my old Quest 2 account. I could see all my old game BUT THE BATMAN is not there...! Says i need to pay for it. I thought if i did not redeem it, it would still be available in this profile but it is not.
How can i or who do i speak to to get the BATMAN onto this profile where all my otehr games are?
I had the exact same issue. Customer service was nice enough to try and help transfer ownership ... ( i wanna believe they did try)
It sucks but there's nothing we can do apparently
