NEED SHIPPING LABEL FOR BROKEN HEADSET AND CONTROLLER

I have been emailing with your team since last Friday because my controller and headset is not working. On Sunday a meta support rep emailed me saying that I should provide him all of my information to send back the equipment. He never responded back and since then I have had at least 5-10 different people telling me they are merging tickets and it is like the following email was never sent.

I need help! I need someone to take all of the information I keep sending you guys and give me what I need to return my controller and headset

I do not need another ticker ordered I need someone to actually execute the ticket I have.

You should receive an email with all the info and mailing slips (to print out) you need to return all this.  If you haven't gotten this within about 3x working days (mon-fri) then just reply to your latest support email from meta and ask them to send this.  Don't start a separate support ticket because this may just delay things.
