Hello,
I’m facing an issue with my Meta Business Manager account where I can’t add new admins because it’s asking me to confirm a code sent to a phone number that I no longer have access to. The number is currently set to BR +55 ****, and I’ve attached a screenshot of the verification prompt for reference. Fortunately, I still have access to the account itself via email and login credentials.

I’ve tried checking the security settings to update the phone number, but the process seems blocked at the verification step. I’d like to replace the old number with a new one I can access. Can someone guide me on how to resolve this? I’d appreciate any steps or support to update the phone number and regain full control to add new admins.

We can offer support for Meta Quest accounts or Quest device specific issues, but anything related toMeta Business Manager account issues we unfortunately don’t have the ability to help with.
