Hello my name is Rosalyn and my instagram account was hacked on September 19th, 2021 and disabled on October 31st, 2021. I did everything that I could to get my account back that includes reaching out to Facebook and Instagram that's when I receive a email on my gmail account to send a picture of myself with holding a piece of paper with the information they told me to write. I immediately got a respond that my account was disabled due to violations of community guidelines. I didn't even have access to my account. Ever since then I been trying to get my account back paying people that scammed me out of my money that I barely had. I just want to know why it's so hard to get in touch with people that work for META to help me get my account back that's if they didn't remove it permanently. I had so many memories and that account for some years. If anyone can help me please help me. Thank You.
