Hello, I recently moved to a different house and, ever since I haven't been able to make any in-app purchases on my meta quest 2. and i have no clue why. it keeps giving me this same message: "we noticed something unusual and, for your security, this request couldn't be completed. please try again later, or visit our help center" I have tried help center but it wasn't much help it gave me unspecific things. I am so confused someone please help. @MetaQuestSupport
Hi, @ThatGuy1010101. Thanks for reaching out and giving us a heads up on you inability to make in app purchases, and that your getting an error message as well. Having roadblock like this can certainly put a halt to your VR time, and we want to help. For us to get a bit more clarity on this can you do the following?
Can you send us a copy of the error message?
Does this happen with all games or just one?
Can you uninstall and reinstall the mobile app?
What troubleshooting have you done so far?
