Hi,
My son just got the Meta Quest 2 for Christmas. he was so excited and started setting up his account but he put a different birth year than his so this way he could play in some different games. He was given a message that his account was suspended and I have tried to link my meta-account to his
I am @Mathiswright and he is @dwgeorge12
I’m hoping to be able to link his to mine so this way he can continue playing. He already bought one game and has $17 left on his account from a gift card.
I’ve been spending the better part of the morning trying to figure out how to correct this problem but it won’t let me change his birthyear from 2006 to 2012.

We understand that VR can be a lot of fun, but it's also important to note that using VR under 13 years old on a regular account instead of a Parent managed account, goes against our Meta Terms of Service. If you're between the ages of 10 and 12, you'll need to create a Parent-Managed Account in order to access our devices. Additionally, we recommend checking out the Meta Quest Health and Safety Warnings and the Meta Quest Safety Center for information on how to properly use our Meta Quest products.

I would really like to just delete my son’s account for him and start over. Is that possible? He has one email address and I would like him to keep it. I’d rather not make another to confuse him.
