I keep trying to reset pin but i dont receive any emails regarding reset. I made a claim to support and they aksed what steps i took and within 3 mintues the same tech emails me “case closed solved” serious i replied right away! He didnt help me at all he just closed my case. As of now i cant make purchases nothing without resetting the pin. Someone please help me
