Need help with return ASAP

I’m having issues with my exchange for the Elite strap. Case ******** The customer service has been a total joke. I returned my defective elite strap in FEBRUARY and received a regular stock strap in return. I have since emailed over a dozen times, it was acknowledged that I received the incorrect product but I cannot get anyone to send me the correct one! Meta shame on you. Do better because this is abismal
