Need to remove admin account. and if factory reset is safe

i bought my quest 2 used and i cannot pair it to my phone as it says its connected to someone else. i was going to factory reset my headset but only if it gets rid of the admin account and all the other accounts and that its safe to do. i only want my account on the headset.

the headset is like fresh out of the box after a factory reset.

There won't be any accounts or games on it and you can set up the Quest with your account.
