Need to return, but have different card than what I paid with for the return.

As title states, need to return my Quest, but I have a different card than the one I originally paid with (Same name, address etc, jut different number and exp date). How do I update this so Meta can refund to the correct card?

Hey there, @Dredgeit

 

It's important to us that you receive your refund on the correct card. To update your payment method, please follow these steps:

 

1. From the Meta website, select your profile in the top right and log in if prompted. 

2. Select payment methods and  click the delete button next to the payment method you want to remove. Then, click yes, delete card to remove it.

3. Then, you can select add a new card, and enter the card details for the new card.
