Netflix disappeared

Yesterday, I could watch movies on my occulus meta quest 2 with no problem.

Today, the application does not appear anymore on the list , cannot be reloaded, cannot be launched.

It is still known as an application that I have "bought" though.

What is the solution ?

Same thing for me. Watch it amost daily. Just gone and the get button is not selectable. 😞

Hello there @zawack22 and @LD_131 and thank you for reaching out to the community with your issue! Having a much loved application be suddenly unavailable is not a happy experience, but rest assured we'll be doing everything we can to get you back to watching the latest blockbusters as soon as possible! For starters let's try a couple of things that might let the app show back up. Let's, run a power cycle on your headset by doing this:

 

  • Hold the power button down until shutdown and restart options appear in the headset
  • Holding the power button for about 10 seconds will force the headset to power off
  • If the headset is stuck and not responding, holding the power button for 30 seconds will force a reboot

 

If you are able to see the Netflix app now, we should be all good to go! If the app is still missing, let's try to refresh the account information on the headset by:

 

  1. Turning the headset off as we did above
  2. Logging out of the mobile application
  3. Restarting your mobile device
  4. Log back into the mobile app
  5. Turn on the headset again

 

In almost all cases one of these two steps will resolve this kind of thing, but if not just let us know and we'll look at what our next steps might be!
