I bought the Quest 3s when it launched as it was paired with Batman: Arkham Shadow however I never received it. There is no notification anywhere related to it and when I go to the store it suggest I pay for it. I was able to redeem the 3 month free subscription the Quest+ just fine for example so I'm not sure what's wrong. I was previously trying to contact support but it just says page unavailable

I also bought a quest 3S and never got batman Arkham Shadow OR the 3 month free trial 😕
