When I Try and purchase the Meta Warranty Plus i get the following message. I have a new meta quest that i received for Christmas. Can you help me so I can purchase the Meta Warranty Plus? Messaged Metaquest support over a week ago and provided a response with my SN, and a screenshot of the date it was delivered from Walmart, but I have not heard a response. Looking for any help that you can provide please. @MetaQuestSupport

Hello I’m having the same issue I just got a quest 3 from Best Buy and it will not let me add the warranty plus and way to resolve this issue?

I have not had the issue resolved. I have been passed from one support to another telling me that are looking into it.
