today I received my new Meta Quest 3 which at the moment of the first launch got stuck in a black screen. I enter the BIOS and in the information it says that it is "locked". I tried factory reset but after the internet and account setup phase, it doesn't let me open apps or crash if I set the environment. Please help me.
