Got my quest 3 recently. When I switch it on, I can hear the sound, but cannot see any image (in a dark room, there is a barely visible image, but not enough to interact with).
Did a chat with Meta support (ticket #******** if anyone from Meta is reading), and they ran me through the factory reset, which I couldn't do, because the screen isn't working.
I saw some other suggestions on forums that charging the headset helps, which I did for 6 hours. hasn't improved anything.
