I just bought the meta quest 3s 5 hours ago and been stuck on the update screen. I tried factory reset, I tried restarting, I tried side loading the update but still mid the update it did a restart. I changed the usb cable still the same. This is ridiculous.
If you bought it from another retailer, take/send it back and get a replacement.
