Hi there - my son was just gifted a Meta Quest 2. We are trying to set it up and the log in on the headset directs to the meta work login and asks for a business account. I've created a login at the Meta website but it doesn't appear to coincide with a business account. Can anyone assist with step by step directions on how I can get our new system connected?

No worries, we're here to help! We highly recommend doing a factory reset on your device. Below, we've provided steps on how to perform a factory reset.
To perform a factory reset using your phone:
Open the Meta Quest app on your phone.
Tap Menu then tap Devices.
Tap the headset connected to your phone.
Tap Headset Settings then tap Advanced Settings.
Tap Factory Reset and then Reset.
To perform a factory reset using the headset:
Turn off your headset.
Hold the power and volume (-) button on your headset down simultaneously until the boot screen loads on your headset.
Use the volume buttons on your headset to highlight Factory Reset and press the power button.
Use the volume buttons on your headset to highlight Yes and press the power button.
