Constantly getting an error that says something went wrong, please try again generate a new device code. Oculus less than 6 months old and unable to play games due to this. Unable to actually click generate code but then it says start set up on a new device. I have no idea how to fix this and a very upset child.

That's definitely not the experience we want you to have @Coolbob2611, rest assured, we'll get to the bottom of  this! Have you attempted to sign out of your Meta account from the mobile app before trying again? Typically, the re-sign in allows the headset and account to sync once again. This should reflect within the account and should allow you to pair once again.

Hi yes numerous times and deleted the app and re installed, every time we try to sync the headset it won’t work, the headset settings icon on my app is blanked out so I can’t access that either, doesn’t seem to pick up the blue tooth on the headset either: I need help with this desperately my son is autistic and is really struggling with the issues.
