New issue with error 'We can't find your sensor. Please connect your sensor...'

Anonymous
Not applicable
Hi there,

Our lab has the Oculus DK2 and it worked pretty well with the Oculus platform previously. Recently I got the error of 'we can't find your sensor...', which I checked was very common but seems has been fixed. However, what I got is a bit different:
1) I do not have and do not have to use sensor, and I never used one before;
2) I updated my graphic card NVIDIA GTX 1080 last weekend which was required by Oculus, but not sure if this is related;
3) I've tried to unplug everything, to start manually the Oculusdriver, or to change window service setting, none of these solved the problem.
4) I use the goggle with a software called Vizard. The perspective in Vizard changed along with the position of the goggle, however, the goggle was not presenting anything but the error.

So is there anyone can give me a hand? Really frustrated...

Thank you!
