So I've had my quest 2 for 4 days now and have been experiencing left stick drift since opening, after following all the trouble shooting steps meta now require me to send back my controller before they will send me a replacement.


Is it just me or is that ridiculous? I'm going to be mostly unable to use my brand new toy until I receive me new controller which to me is horrible customer service and has definitely sullied my new toy.


Any one have any experience as to how long im going to wait for a replacement to be in my hand ?



Same thing on 2nd day. The right controller for me.
